A Lovely Morning at the Denver Botanic Gardens

Deb

I had this morning free before the conference was to start at 1:30. That gave me the morning to wander the formal garden part of the Denver Botanic Gardens (York Street). I am not able to get to the third location, called Mt. Goliath, which is an alpine wildflower area with hiking trails.

This location covers about 23 acres, and includes a variety of theme gardens, a conservatory, and a sunken amphitheater.

This visit was the morning of 07/11. The Dabrowski Congress starts in a couple of hours, so this will be the last post until those from the week starting 07/14. Please check back!
